The high strength of a plastic material, allow to resist at high pressure and also made radial clearance (Piston / Bore) more elevate respect at the others actually seals. This simplified and facilities the machining of the piston. The use we can find is in the excavators , in the lifts, in the cranes and in the fork lifts.</p>

Prije same ugradnje zaptivke provjerite da li postoje oštećenja na mjestima ugradnje , jer mogu prouzrokovati oštećenja na zaptivci. Zaptivka i zaptivne površine prije ugradnje moramo namastiti sa odgovarajućom masti u odnosu na materijal zaptivke i medija u cilindru.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Prije ugradnje uvijek očistite prljavštinu, prah, te druge nečitoće iz mjesta ugradnje- na klipu i klipnjači. Prije same ugradnje brtve, provjerite da li postoje oštećenja na mjestu ugradnje, koja bi mogla oštetiti brtvu. Brtvu i brtvenu površinu, moramo namazati prije ugradnje sa odgovarajućim mazivom, gladjući na materijal brtve i medija u cilindru. Isključivo se ugrađuje u otvoreni utor.</p>

<h4>OPIS</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Profil KT15 razvijen za dvosmjerne cilindre, jer su radni pritisci i uslovi jako teški. Sastavljen je iz tri elementa. Statičkog dijela, koji djeluje kao opruga. Centralnog dijela, koji brtva aksijalno te anti-ekstruzijski prstenovi, koji dozvoljavaju veću radijalnu razliku između klipa i cilindra. Upotrebljava se pri građevinskim strojevima, dizalicama i presama.</p>
<h4>TEHNIČKI PODATCI</h4>
<p><strong>Pritisak</strong>: do 400 bar s PUR materijalom<br />
do 600 bar s teflonom<br />
<strong>Brzina</strong>: do 0,8 m/s s PUR materijalom<br />
do 1,5 m/s s teflonom<br />
<strong>Temperatura</strong>: od -35°C do +100°C, kratkotrajno do 110°C.<br />
<strong>Tekućine</strong>: mineralna hidravličke tekućine (više pod Materijali), voda sobne temperature, pijesak.</p>
<h4>MATERIJAL</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Brtva je izrađena iz poliuretana sa visoko- elastičnim modulom, niskim stupnjom stisljivosti te visoku otpornost na trošenje (abraziju). Tvrdoća je 98 Shore ± 2. Srednji dio je isto moguć iz teflona, koji može izdržati do 600 bara pritiska. Statički dio gume je tvrdoće 82 Shore A. Potporni prstenovi su iz POM C.</p>
<h4>UGRADNJA</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Prije ugradnje uvijek očistite prljavštinu, prah, te druge nečitoće iz mjesta ugradnje- na klipu i klipnjači. Prije same ugradnje brtve, provjerite da li postoje oštećenja na mjestu ugradnje, koja bi mogla oštetiti brtvu. Brtvu i brtvenu površinu, moramo namazati prije ugradnje sa odgovarajućim mazivom, gladjući na materijal brtve i medija u cilindru.</p>

<h4>UGRADNJA</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Prije ugradnje uvijek očistite prljavštinu, prah, te druge nečitoće iz mjesta ugradnje- na klipu i klipnjači. Prije same ugradnje brtve, provjerite da li postoje oštećenja na mjestu ugradnje, koja bi mogla oštetiti brtvu. <h4>VGRADNJA</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pred vgradnjo vedno očistite umazanijo, ostružke, prah in druge nečistoče iz mesta vgradnje – na batu in batnici. Pred samo vgradnjo tesnila preverite ali obstajajo poškodbe na mestih vgradnje, ki bi lahko poškodovale tesnilo. Tesnilo in tesnilne površine moramo pred vgradnjo namastiti s primernim mazivom glede na material tesnila in medij v cilindru. Vgrajuje se izključno v odprti vtor.</p>
