DESCRIPTION

The double effect Piston Seal PSZ is a combination of: a plastic runner with a step cut and a elastomeric ring (NBR) in rectangular section for energizing. The high strength of a plastic material, allow to resist at high pressure and also made radial clearance (Piston / Bore) more elevate respect at the others actually seals. This simplified and facilities the machining of the piston. The use we can find is in the excavators , in the lifts, in the cranes and in the fork lifts.

ASSEMBLING

The installation is simplified because the Runner has a cutting step. The assembling in in closed croove after the installation of NBR energizing element. Grease before the piston installation in the cylinder.
