We manufacture and supply seals and other rubber-technical products of all sizes, shapes, materials and quantities. We always find the most economical solution for our clients.
We are experts in the field of sealing so we use a variety of industry standards such as ISO, VDA, internal standards of our customers, etc. All our seals and raw materials are of European origin and are in accordance with REACH and RoHS Directive.
Every day we use various tools such as FMEA analysis, PPAP, the IMF, 8D, etc. We take care of the entire process: from the development of tools to packing the seals. We can also make various rubber products.
Smaller quantities of non-standard seals are produced on our CNC machine which is specifically designed to manufacture industrial seals. Production is immediate and without tooling cost.

We can provide any kind of seal within an hour with the latest and fastest seal producing machine. We can produce different seal sizes – ranging from 4mm in diameter to over 1 meter. We use more than 20 different materials that are always on stock, so we can produce the seals as soon as you need them.

O-RINGS AND CORDS
O-rings, rings of circular cross-section, are sealing elements which are most adaptable for the needs of many applications.
Because of its simplicity, they can be found in most of the sealing systems, where it is necessary to seal passage of liquids and gases.
Due to its versatility and widespread use on market, we have more than 5000 dimensions on stock. We can supply O-rings with diameters ranging from 0.8 mm up to 1400 mm. We can also supply non-standard dimensions of O-rings. Standard materials used for O-rings production are NBR, EPDM, silicone (VMQ) and Viton (FPM).
O-RINGS DIMENSIONS
There is a variety of cords on our stock that are cut by the meter. We offer O-RING cords section and square profile cords (wires) that are designed for more demanding applications. Cords are used for static sealing of large diameter flanges (NBR, EPDM), simpler belt drives (polyurethane) and shaft sealing in rotary and reciprocating pumps (braided cords made of PTFE) in tanks (braided packings), mixers, etc.
WIPERS
Wipers block external impurities like solid dirt particles from entering the inside hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
Wipers in our wide assortment are divided into two groups. You can choose between hydraulic and pneumatic wipers.

SHEETS
We offer sheets of different materials and dimensions of sheets.
The most common materials used are the following: SBR, NBR, EPDM, Viton, silicone, Teflon, or with various additives – such as reinforcement layers of fabric.
Sheets are supplied in plates and rolls. Standard thicknesses range from 1 to 5 mm. Other dimensions are supplied on request. We also supply in different colors.
The use of technical sheets:
– For punching / notching flat seals (flange seals)
– For coating surface (conveyors, drums, mills, etc.)
– Surface protection (anti-slip, abrasion, etc.)
– Electrical insulators
BRAKE SEALS
Brake seals are an important part in all vehicles.
For a smooth functioning of break cylinders a proper seal material and seal profile should be determined. For larger series of seals we represent a certified manufacturer of brake seals so we can supply all kinds of brake seals for original installation.
We also produce seals for old-timer vehicles that cannot be supplied as originals. We also produce break seals for tractors. To produce a flawless seal we need the exact measurements of the break cylinder parts where the seals are fitted. The seals can be produced in smaller quantities, even a piece or two.
ROTARY SHAFT SEALS
Rotary shaft seals or oil seals are radial seals for sealing rotary axis / spindle. Oil seals dimension are standardized.
When choosing an oil seal it is very important to determine:
– type of media it seals (compatibility / resistance of sealing material)
– Speed of rotation / tangential velocity
– Temperature
– pressure
– Impact of exterior impurities
We stock both metric as well as inch oil seals dimensions in various materials (VITON, SILICON, NBR), and profiles. We offer also oil seals for old machinery and vehicles that are difficult to get elsewhere. We also produce oil seals according to our customer’s drawings.

OTHER ROTARY SEALS PROFILES
GUIDE TAPES AND ANTI-EXTRUSION RINGS
Guide tapes and anti-extrusion rings are used as sliding elements between the piston rod and piston, and have an important role in the hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
Guide tapes and anti-extrusion rings prevent the piston and the rod of damaging their surface during operation, and consequently damaging the seals. Well preserved guide tapes are the key to long-term sealing performance.
Guide tapes made out of TEFLON, phenolic resins and POM C material (for heavy duty) are available in standard sizes. They are also available as non-standard guide tapes.
In heavy duty cylinders the seal is often supported by a wear ring or an anti-extrusion ring to prevent the pressure and the iron wall of the cylinder to damage the seal. In most cases they are installed when the pressures are high or the seal has too much space (height of the seal is too small) so it has a supporting ring. POM-C or POLYURETHANE materials are recommended where the installation is more difficult.
We also sell impact-resistant plastic POM-C, which can be used as a guide bush and sprockets. The material is of high quality and is resistant to hydrolysis; it has excellent physical properties and can be easily machined.
